A move from a fixed monthly retainer to per-build pricing with per-client support. Your monthly drops from $700 to $475 on day one, you pay a build fee only when you close a new client, and the technical delivery stays in one pair of hands.
Paul AI Solutions is being restructured into a delivery agency. That means moving every engagement off fixed retainers with daily meetings and onto scoped, priced work with defined deliverables.
This is a change in how I operate across all engagements, not a comment on VisionPlay. The current arrangement was set up as a flat monthly retainer covering six sub-accounts with daily check-ins. That model does not scale for either side: it caps what I can deliver, and it ties your cost to availability rather than to output.
The structure below fixes both. Your cost becomes variable and tied to revenue you have already collected. My delivery capacity stops being limited by meeting load.
Priced directly against the Starter, Pro and Ultimate offers you sell, so there is nothing to quote per client. Launch rates hold until VisionPlay reaches ten active clients, which is the review point already agreed between us.
To be clear on timing: this takes effect the day you accept, at the launch rates, whatever the client count is at that point. The ten client mark is a price step, not a start date.
| Tier | Client pays setup | Build fee | You keep | Client pays monthly | Support fee | You keep |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $997 | $450 | $547 | $297 | $100 | $197 |
| Pro | $1,997 | $900 | $1,097 | $497 | $175 | $322 |
| Ultimate | $4,997 | $2,250 | $2,747 | $1,497 | $500 | $997 |
| VisionPlay retains 55 percent of every setup fee and 65 percent of every recurring dollar. Client AI usage remains a pass-through to the client, as published on your pricing page. | ||||||
| Tier | Build fee | Support fee monthly |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $500 | $120 |
| Pro | $1,000 | $200 |
| Ultimate | $2,500 | $600 |
| The step up is deliberate and small. Launch rates exist so the new structure starts cheaper than the current retainer while your client count is still building. Nothing changes on rates until your 10th active client. | ||
There is no minimum and no retainer. You pay support only on accounts that are live, at the tier each one sits on. Applied to what is running today:
| Account | Tier | Build fee | Monthly support |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lucy Biohacking | Pro | $0, already covered | $175 |
| Business Made Fair | Starter | $0, already delivered | $100 |
| Chelation Doctors | Starter | $0, already delivered | $100 |
| Vision Play LLC | Starter | $0, already delivered | $100 |
| Rob The Credit Guy | Paused | n/a | $0 |
| OnlyTheBes Media | Paused | n/a | $0 |
| New monthly total | $475 | ||
| Previous monthly retainer | $700 | ||
| You save | $225 per month, $2,700 per year | ||
Not a single build fee is charged on work already delivered, and Lucy Biohacking is completed at no build fee. Build fees begin only on the next new client you close, which means your cost rises only when your revenue does. Paused accounts cost nothing until they reactivate.
Nothing gets dropped. The handover is the deliverable, not an afterthought.
Everything below is included at the rates in section 02. Nothing here is an upsell.
The practical effect: you stop paying for availability and start paying for delivered systems, at a lower monthly than you pay today, with your cost rising only when you close a client and collect a setup fee.
This proposal is offered as presented. I would rather give you a straight answer now than a slow drift into an arrangement that works for neither of us.
Confirm in writing before the date below and it takes effect that day. Your monthly drops to $475 immediately, daily meetings stop, Lucy completes at no build fee, and every active account receives its documented build hub. Your next new client can start as a scoped build straight away.
Equally fine, and no hard feelings. The current retainer runs to 31 August 2026 on existing terms. I complete the Lucy Biohacking build and deliver its documentation, the build hubs already live on your other accounts stay live, and access is handed back at month end. Nothing is left half-built and your systems keep running.
